The Parish Council regularly install a VAS (Vehicle Activated Sign). The sign detects vehicles approaching Fornham St Martin (downhill).
Comparing data to date, the VAS appears to reduce downhill speeds by;
- • 4.0% vehicles over 30mph
- • 2.3% vehicles over 35mph
- • 0.0% vehicles over 50mph
